International overlap
We establish practical overlap hours for international clients so decisions, reviews, and delivery questions move without unnecessary delay.
How We Work
We combine practical international collaboration with the TheiaOne Agentic Delivery Framework and named human oversight.
Delivery Flow
AI-native structure with human oversight
Flow Map
Structured stages with human sign-off at each gate
Diagnose
Structured problem framing and success metrics.
Architect
Solution design with human sign-off before build.
Build
AI-orchestrated implementation with continuous validation gates.
Validate
Outcome testing against business metrics, not only technical acceptance.
Transfer
Clean IP handover, knowledge transfer, and exit documentation.
Delivery Mesh
Human review at every critical gate
AI orchestration
Coded steps move through each gate
Human oversight
Architecture, security, and quality
Validation gates
Business outcomes stay in view
The way an engagement runs matters as much as the systems being built.
We establish practical overlap hours for international clients so decisions, reviews, and delivery questions move without unnecessary delay.
Progress, decisions, risks, and next actions are kept visible through a clear written update cadence.
Most organisations we speak with already use AI coding tools. The difficulty tends to appear earlier, before any code is produced. Outcomes have not been written down, the constraints that cannot change are not clear, and there is no shared understanding of what success will look like. When work begins under those conditions, delivery commitments become harder to meet, visibility into progress is incomplete, and responsibility for architecture, intellectual property, and the measure of success is difficult to establish. The Diagnose Sprint addresses this on one live system. Over two weeks we record the problem as it stands, note the constraints that must be respected, and agree the measure that will show whether the work has succeeded. The result is a short written recommendation that remains with the client: proceed to a build, continue under named oversight, or stop. No implementation begins until that recommendation exists. Once the Sprint is complete, the engagement may continue as a Client Partner arrangement with clear ownership and a written review cadence, or it may conclude. In either case the client holds the record of what was examined and what was decided.
After the Diagnose Sprint, engagements can continue through a Client Partner or named oversight retainer with clear ownership and review cadence.
One methodology, applied with human accountability.
Diagnose → Architect → Build → Validate → Transfer. AI coding agents act as force multipliers; human ownership remains clear at architecture, security, quality, and handover points.
